I experienced wonderful and personalized customer service with this site. I had ordered a red, white & blue dog collar for my yellow lab for my husband's homecoming from his 6-month deployment to the Middle East, and Carol worked really hard to be sure it gets shipped to me on time. It wasn't easy for her, but I really appreciated the time and effort she put into it, and wish her much continued success with Bloomingtails! What a breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes. Thanks again, Carol! From a very satisfied customer!

It was like Christmas around here when we received your shipment. I couldn't be more delighted with the harness vests! They are a little big around the back, exactly like I wanted (although perfectly wearable right now), which will allow for growth. The quality is first-rate and I am thrilled! Payton is going to be the best-dressed kid in the neighborhood. Thank you so much for a great job and going way beyond what you should have to give amazing personal service and attention to detail. My finicky little eater devoured one of the treats you so thoughtfully included.

I love Bloomingtails Dog Boutique outfits! Everything fits my dogs perfectly, the quality is the best I've purchased and the attention to detail makes all of their outfits unique. The Spoiled Royals have hoodies, pj's, t-shirts and vests - all custom made by Bloomingtales Dog Boutique. I have a passel of dogs here and quality, good fit, comfort and "uniqueness" all matter to me. One of our dogs is a hairy hairless Chinese Crested and he has an entire wardrobe from BDB. He is definitely the best dressed (and warmest) CC in Ohio!! Did I say I love BDB outfits?

Willow LOVES her PJS although she was a little afraid to walk in them at first (having never had clothes with legs). She is over that, now and we had a warm weekend in the boat. Although the weather was warmer than usual, she was still very toasty. After Christmas I am ordering her some pink ones because my husband voted on the blue this time.
