Shipping & Returns
USA Shipping
For clothing items, we ship Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
For oversized items, we use FedEx Home Delivery, which is more economical. Delivery time depends on your shipping zone.
Please allow 10-14 days for order processing. Most of the time it is sooner but it depends on the order volumn ahead of yours for custom orders. With our designer line clothing, sometimes the vendors are slow in shipping or the order is shipped the most economical way and it normally takes a week to 10 days for us to get our supply. We ship designer items the day we receive them.
Our shipping charges are based on number of clothing items ordered.
You will receive notification of shipping from PayPal with tracking information.
Oversized Items - Our shipping cart is set up for number of items ordered. For Oversized Items, we only charge the actual cost of shipping the items purchased to you. As we have a wide selection of products, we cannot estimate all of the product combinations possible. Therefore, upon completion of your order, we will contact you with shipping costs to your delivery zone. We do not stock all of the items offered on our website so in some cases it may take a few days for us to get the actual shipping costs from the manufacturer. For oversized items we look for the most economical mode of shipping. If you have questions about shipping charges, contact us prior to placing your order.
If you order only oversized items, you will receive credit for the standard shipping charges added to your shopping cart. If you order a combination of other products in additon to oversized items, in most cases we will ship all items together to save on shipping cost. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges prior to the shipping of your order.
International Shipping
For custom made dog clothing items, we ship First Class Mail as we have found Air Mail to be cost prohibitive. For Canada, in most cases, our Priority Shipping rates added to the shopping cart will cover the cost of shipping. If the cost exceeds those rates, we will invoice you for the additional shipping charges. For other countries, please contact us before ordering so that we can get an estimate for you of what the actual shipping charges will be.
Shipping charges are added to the shopping cart based on USA rates and for international orders, additional shipping charges are applicable. Since it would be impossible for us to estimate these charges as they are based on shipping weight and destination, please contact us before ordering so that we can get an estimate for you of the additional shipping charges from the manufacturer.

Our goal is to provide our customers with quality products and excellent customer service.
The key to the fit is in the measuring. For our custom made clothing, the clothing item is made to your measurements. If you have any questions about measuring, contact us before you send us your sizing information.
For our Designer Ready Wear clothing items, the manufacturers clothing chart have been included on the items page. We cannot return items due to sizing issues as the manufacturer will not accept returns. If there is a problem with the item being damaged or poor quality contact us immediately and we will take the matter up with our vendor.
For our custom made clothing, once you receive your order, if you have a problem contact us immediately. Just like people, dogs come in different shapes and sizes and if you have a problem with the fit, we make every effort to work with you on resolving the problem. If you made a mistake in sizing we do not guarantee replacement. In most cases, we will offer to exchange the item providing that you pay the additional shipping costs involved.
We are so sure that you will love your dog's clothing items that we will refund your payment if you are not satisfied with the quality and workmanship. You must first contact us for return authorization and return the item in good condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
