This tee is perfect for my chihuahua puppy. Measurements are accurate and the design is beautiful!! The neck has a bit of stretch which makes it easy to get over her apple head. The material is soft and it still looks brand new after numerous washes (inside out on gentle cycle) in the washing machine. She is able to run, play, sleep, eat, potty and everything else in this shirt. It's her fave so I plan to order a larger size since she's growing so fast. We love Bloomingtails and Hello Doggie!
